无纺布分切机性能及特点

无纺布分切机是本公司最新设计的电脑控制分切机，可分切无纺布、塑料簿膜、铝箔、PVC等卷筒料，放料配有光电纠编及气动式自动上料，收卷主机联动控制中心卷取与表面接触并用速度高达180米/分，最大收卷直径可达800mm,单轴气压收卷。收卷成品由气动摆臂自动降到地平面，实现当然轻松卸料。

This machine is newly invented computerized sitting machine  by our factory.it adopts PLC touch screen control which enables it to cut several rolling materials like nonwoven, plastic film, aluminium and PVC etc. This machine is equiped with paper tube cutting machine.Photoelectricity deviation and pneumatic loading is equiped for unwinding lts main motor is united to control its rewinding and to touch its surface with a speedof 250m/min and max rewinding diameter of 800mm which makes its double shafts crossed and  nevercollided. The rewinding products can be dropped to ground bypneumatic swing arm automatically with a fufillment of  loading and unloading by one man easily.
